Property Mangement Fees: 10% of residential monthly rent

Set up fee:$200

This includes inspecting the property, analyzing of the property, drafting all agreements and contracts, creating an account and the initial cost of taking care of the property, and meeting the owner to discuss expectations.

Tenant Placement/Leasing Fees: $100

This includes advertising and marketing to find potential tenants, interviewing, screening, /presenting showings, performing background checks, reference check, and employment/income verifications.

Vacancy Fee: $50 monthly fee until vacancy is filled.

Leasing fee/Renewal fee:

Lease renewal for 6 months: $200

Lease renewal for 1

 year: $300

Early Termination Fee: $500

 If termination ends before the end of the contract agreement date that was assigned by property manager and owner.

Maintenance Fee: Agreement amount signed on contract to have in maintenance account during the duration of the term.
